Windows XP: Download blocked

You have put a picture in the shopping basket, stated your reason
for use and clicked on Download A5 for PC or MAC, but then
nothing happened. The reason may be a download block in your
Windows XP operating system.
If the download is prevented, when you start the download, at
the top in Internet Explorer, a grey information bar appears with
a warning that a download was blocked. To load the file, click
on this bar and choose the option "Download file".

How do I get User name and password?

When registering on www.innsbruckphoto.at, choose your
own User name, your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
